Background and Discussion:
IBTTA is an organization whose membership includes tolling entities world-wide. Participation in the association will provide the Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) with access to a vast array of data and resources concerning turnpike and toll road systems operations. Also, it is a resource to convene, exchange information and experiences and advance improvements in the transportation and mobility. The Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) has been a member of IBTTA for seventeen years.
