Background and Discussion:

 

Professional Architectural and/or Engineering Design Services for the reconfiguration of the 1201 Commerce facility, once an Inmate Processing Center, into a Sheriffs’ Medical Services Facility.  Basic programming services to outline design intent and updates to the building infrastructure required to cover necessary building codes and ADA compliance.
