Background and Discussion:
The three tracts of land will allow construction and connection of a trail that is part of the Cypress Creek Greenway Hike and Bike Trails.

Expected Impact:
The Cypress Creek Greenway Hike and Bike Trail project is intended to create natural floodplain buffer zones, contiguous trail connectivity to new and existing tributes and parks, and linear wildlife habitat along Cypress Creek.

Alternative Options:
Court can choose to not approve this donation, and the trail path will need to be realigned to avoid the tracts, which, essentially, will increase the cost and schedule of the project.
