Background and Discussion:

This project is located in southeast Harris County, with most of the project area being within the Baybrook & Seascape Subdivision. The scope and proposed improvements include storm sewer system upgrades along Red Bluff Road east and west of HCFCD Unit F220-02-00, Park Rd. north to Red Bluff Road, and Outfall from Kildeer Rd.

Expected Impact:

In implementing the proposed drainage improvements, this project seeks to reduce structural flood risk and strengthen resiliency in Harris County by enhancing drainage capacity, allow for storm water to be conveyed efficiently, thereby improving mobility and safety for all road users and flood resiliency for all adjacent properties. Allowing these services to be provided by WadeCon, LLC, ensures that that the project is built in accordance with Harris County and Harris County Flood Control regulations.
