Background and Discussion: Over time we have gotten various requests for pickle ball courts within Precinct 3. We currently have pickleball available at Bear Creek Park and it has been a success and we intend on expanding the options.
Expected Impact: Will provide new recreational opportunities within Precinct 3 for a diverse and growing population. This sports serves both young and old people and is particularly fond with people with mobility problems.
Alternative Options: Not expanding park opportunities is an option but would not be in the public’s best interest.
