The Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) has awarded funds for the Harris County Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program (JJAEP) to purchase online IOWA testing vouchers for students. TJJD requires the JJAEP to administer the test to students enrolled in the program. The grant pays for the cost of these testing vouchers.
