Background and Discussion:
Disposal of trash, tires, and rims on both project sites. Adjust pipe size to match existing found on sites and add culvert to mitigate ponding in Hopper Basin. Add asphalt to Little York Road surface for compliance with City of Houston request and add all weather access to Hopper Road basin for District maintenance access.

Expected Impact:
This RCA is required in order to complete the District construction contract under original or needed
revised scope. Timely execution is appreciated in order to mitigate any potential delays from the
contractor.

Alternative Options:
This is an active construction contract, so there are not many alternatives to approving a change order
other than cancelling the contract which is not recommended as doing so would substantially delay the
remaining work in the construction contract.
