Background and Discussion:

ATN and PSA was previously submitted to court to negotiate with and to start working with AKV CONSULTANTS LLC on the design for the Sidewalk - Normandy Street from Woodforest Blvd. to Wallisville Rd. - 2021 project. Additional fee ($7,796.70) needed to complete metes and bounds for 10 parcels as a result of UVEs.
