Construction of storm sewer, structures and drainage easements from North Section of El Lago to South Section of El Lago in Harris County Precinct 2.

Construction of storm sewer, structures and drainage easements will improve flooding conditions and enhance drainage capacity, thereby improving mobility and safety for all road users and flood resiliency for all adjacent properties.
