Construction of storm sewer, structures and drainage easements in the Baybrook and Seascape Subdivisions, Precinct 2.

Construction of storm sewer, structures and drainage easements will improve flooding conditions and enhance drainage capacity, thereby improving mobility and safety for all road users and flood resiliency for all adjacent properties.
