Background and Discussion:

On May 11, 2021, the Court issued an order approving proceedings to issue and sell Harris County, Texas Permanent Improvement Refunding Bonds, Series 2021 and Harris County, Texas Unlimited Tax Road Refunding Bonds, Series 2021, including the engagement of Holland and Knight, LLP and Bates and Coleman PC, as Co-Bond Counsel, and Bracewell, LLP and Baker, Williams, Matthieson, LLP, as Co-Disclosure Counsel.  The Harris Attorney’s Office now requests execution of agreements with the above-named law firms to formalize their engagements
