Request by the Constables of Harris County that Commissioners Court set and adopt the 2022 Harris County Constable Service Fees.

Background and Discussion:
Pursuant to Local Government Code Section 118.131, we respectfully request Commissioners Court set and adopt the following fees to be charged for services by the offices of the Constables, such “Fee Schedule” to be effective January 01, 2022 through December 31, 2022. We also respectfully request that Commissioners Court provide written notice of the amount of the fees to the State Comptroller by October 15, 2021.

Pursuant to Local Government Code Section 118.131, fees must be set and adopted by Commissioners Court every year
