Background and Discussion:

On July 20, 2021 Commissioners Court granted The Flood Control District permission to apply for this FEMA Cooperating Partners Grant in support of the Letter of Map Revision Review program.  To complete the application, the grant application documents must be signed by the County Judge.

 

 

Expected Impact:

                     The expected impact is that The Flood Control District will be able to apply for the grant in question.  This grant will fund the Letter of Map Revision Review program for an additional year.

 

 

 

Alternative Options:

                     Delegate signature authority for this grant application to the Interim Executive Director of The Flood Control District.
