Background and Discussion:

 

 Sidewalk replacement in the Manchester Area from Broadway Street to 97th Street. This change includes only an extension of the contract time (no change in funds). Total time granted is by 55 calendar days to compensate for time lost due circumstances beyond the Contractor’s control [unusually wet weather conditions Apr/May/Jun (30), conflicts with parked private vehicles (14), removal of additional concrete depth (8 days) and time to acquire additional equipment (3 days).

 

 

Expected Impact:

 

 Contractor continues work on the project until the work is complete. This change only grants an extension of time, no financial impacts are impacted.
