Background and Discussion:

 

 The renovation on Level 8 is the expansion of the Quality Management group with a break room, a multipurpose room expansion and a conference room.

This change in contract entails modifications to the upper cabinets in the break room and door closers at openings 8103 and 8501.

 Changes meet the operational needs to the end users. This proposed change in contract is within the approved project budget.
