Background and Discussion:

 

 This project is located in Cypress Creek Watershed, on Louetta Road, west of IH 45. The scope and proposed improvements include converting the roadside ditch to an underground concrete box storm sewer trunk system to outfall to Senger Gully, along with removing undersize driveway culverts.

 

 

Expected Impact:

 

 In implementing the proposed drainage improvements, this project seeks this project seeks to reduce structural flood risk and strengthen resiliency in Harris County by enhancing drainage capacity allow for storm water to be conveyed efficiently, thereby improving mobility and safety for all road users and flood resiliency for all adjacent properties. Allowing these services to be provided by Oddessy Engineering Group, LLC, ensures that that the project is built in accordance with Harris County and Harris County Flood Control regulations.

 Construction Phase Services are required to ensure project is built in accordance with approved plans. This, alternatives include awarding the contract to another engineering firm.
