Background and Discussion:

The County engaged Cobb Fendley & Associates, Inc. in 2021, and now seeks Cobb Fendley & Associates, Inc. to facilitate the study and design of a standard four (4) lane concrete boulevard including bridge over South Mayde Creek (U101-00-00). The goal of studying and designing Peek Road Segment 3 from North of Stockdick School Road to North of Beckendorff Road is to replace the existing 2-lane asphalt roadway with a 4-lane concrete boulevard and improve mobility in the area. Cobb Fendley & Associates, Inc. is qualified to perform these professional services. The firm is registered with the Harris County Engineering Department Professional Services Registry.

 

 

Expected Impact:

 

 The project will address current and future traffic volumes, reduce delays, and provide safe mobility for residents, pedestrians and drivers.
