Background and Discussion:

This donation is to assist with the reconstruction of Kowis Street from Halls Bayou Hike and Bike Trail to James Driver Inclusive Park.

 

 

Expected Impact:

When all tracts are acquired we will be able to begin the project.

To design around the church property thereby eliminating their parking and disregarding stakeholder’s input
