Background and Discussion:
The County will construct a 6-foot wide sidewalk along east Ella Blvd. ROW from FM 1960 to Stoneleigh Lake Drive. The subject sidewalk easement is on top of the MUD 86 utility easement. MUD 86 supports the project and concurred with the easement donation.
Expected Impact:
The sidewalk easement is required to begin construction.
