Background and Discussion:
The study area is generally bordered by FM 529 to the north, SH 99 to the east, Katy-Hockley to the west and Morton Road to the south. This area is experiencing extremely rapid development, primarily single-family residential subdivisions. Each developer is following their own plan and the Precinct is also completing several mobility projects in this area. Currently, there is no organized coordination of these different development efforts. The purpose of this study will be to coordinate these efforts and identify projects that the Precinct, the Flood Control District, and developers can implement together to provide improved drainage in the ultimate build out condition.

Fiscal Impact: There is no cost associated with this court item.
