Background and Discussion:
HCFCD unit P138-00-00 is a tributary to Greens Bayou. The channel runs from around West Road and Veterans Memorial east to Greens Bayou near the Lauder stormwater detention basin. IH-45 and the Hardy Toll Road cross the channel. There is an opportunity to work and coordinate with TxDOT and HCTRA on improvements to P138-00-00 as part of drainage improvements to IH-45 and the Hardy Toll Road.
