Request for approval of an Agreement with Versa Infrastructure LLC, to provide project controls services in support of improvements and modifications to the Tollway System in an amount not to exceed $750,000.00 (All Precincts).

Background and Discussion:
The consultant will assist the toll road staff to develop and implement project controls and management, including overall project scheduling, to monitor performances of the agency’s program. This effort will develop dashboards to view overall information of the program to review progress and overall budget. The contract will provide support services, if requested, to include design reviews, constructability reviews, construction inspections, and risk assessments for the program.
Fiscal Impact:
Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority.
