Request for approval of an Agreement with Halff Associates, Inc. to provide services for Tolling Engineering and Inspection Services needed on upcoming tolling projects in the amount not to exceed $1,000,000 (All precincts).

Background and Discussion:
This Agreement will ensure the necessary services to accomplish the Tolling Engineering and Inspection Services are provided on upcoming tolling projects system-wide.
The engineer will be responsible for design engineering, inspection services, and management of the Roadside Toll Collection System. The agreement will also provide for coordination and oversight of toll equipment design standards, assist with interfacing and coordinating with various toll system vendors, and provide field maintenance support and oversight on toll system and equipment.
Fiscal Impact:
Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority.
