Background and Discussion:
An update to HCTRA’s Mission Statement and creation of a Vision Statement is needed to align HCTRA with Harris County’s vision and goal to build a more dynamic, vibrant and resilient community while being inclusive, equitable and transparent. These new statements promote a county-wide presence and clarifies HCTRA’s broader and more active role in regional transportation.
The creation of the Core Values will assist HCTRA in establishing the culture needed to successfully strengthen and achieve our Mission and Vision.
