Background and Discussion:
These grant funds are intended to be used for general support of HCJPD and may be applied by HCJPD to such programs and activities as it deems appropriate, subject to the requirement that all grant funds be used only for charitable purposes. The Foundation does not require specific scopes of work, performance measures or any reporting on the use of these funds.
