Background and Discussion:
The contractor has experienced 60 inclement weather days through March 31, 2021. The contract allowed for 31 days for inclement weather. The contractor is subject to 29 additional days to project completion. HCFCD recommends the 29 calendar day increase to the contract duration. This delay effects the critical path duration of the project. There is no increase in the cost of the project.
Fiscal Impact: There is no change in cost as part of this change in contract.
