Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Sheriff’s Civil Service Commission voted unanimously to overturn the Sheriff’s Office decision to terminate an employee and ordered that employee be reinstated with back-pay from the termination date. Incentive pay for another employee was overlooked in error and requires correction
