Background and Discussion:
On March 30th, 2021, Commissioners Court approved guidance detailing governance processes and priorities for the spending of Local Coronavirus Fiscal Recovery Funds provided through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, building on lessons from spending of CARES Act funds, with a focus on Health, Jobs, Housing, and Continuity of Government Operations. This memo covers progress on those governance processes and next steps in administering these funds.
