Background and Discussion:
The purpose of this construction materials testing agreement is to provide support for smaller maintenance and capital improvement projects countywide. It allows the Flood Control District to work more efficiently to have an on-call resource as opposed to negotiating an agreement for every single project, even if the project is very small.
Fiscal Impact: There is no cost associated with this court item.
