Request by Public Health Services for approval of an agreement to store a portion of HCPH’s COVID-19 vaccine supply at Rice University.

Background and Discussion:
Rice University will allow HCPH to store their COVID 19 vaccine supply in room 103 of the Space Science & Technology Building. HCPH will be responsible for providing refrigeration for vaccines, and pharmaceutical technicians to monitor the COVID 19 vaccine on a 24-hour basis. Rice University will provide the space for vaccines, and will not be liable for any theft, loss, or damage.
