Recommendation for authorization to decree that this Harris County Flood Control District project serve a public purpose and public necessity requires that the Harris County Real Property Division be directed to acquire (1) one fee simple tract for the public project known as the White Oak Bayou Federal Flood Damage Reduction Project, for the purpose of channel improvements, using eminent domain if necessary. (White Oak Bayou Watershed, Bond ID C-14, Project ID E100-00-00-E006, Tract E100-00-00-11-082.0, Precinct 1).
