Background and Discussion:
The purpose of the change in contract is to adjust planned and projected quantities necessary to complete the Newport Subdivision Drainage Improvement project. In order to expedite delivery of this project, the Flood Control District is using our on-call construction contract as opposed to bidding out a separate contract. This will save around four months of time.
Fiscal Impact: The contract value will not change.
