Background and Discussion:
This project will make repairs to 17 separate project sites included within the Non-Federal Concrete Lined Channel Program. The purpose of this change in contract is adjusted planned and projected quantities for the completed and current scope of work. The adjustments account for changes in scope caused by unforeseen field conditions and additional de-silting that avoid mobilizing a different contractor to the site.

Fiscal Impact: There is no change in cost as part of this change in contract.
