Background and Discussion:
The Flood Control District Bond Program included 104 subdivision drainage improvement projects to be managed by Harris County Engineering Department’s Recovery and Resiliency Division. Many of the subdivision drainage improvement projects will involve partnerships with the utility districts that serve the subdivisions to provide another source of funding. This court item is to allow Harris County and the Flood Control District to develop a funding agreement with the Fountainhead Municipal Utility District to define the financial participation of each party for the proposed drainage project.
Fiscal Impact: There is no cost associated with this court item.
