Background and Discussion:
Purchasing advertised RFP for financial advisor services and received proposals. The Evaluation Committee is still in the process of reviewing and scoring all proposals. The Purchasing representative recommends to extend the current financial advisor contract to provide more time to complete the RFP process, select the highest graded vendor and award the contract.
