Recommendation to execute amendment No. 1 to an agreement for professional services with Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. to provide additional surveying services as may be needed in support of the county-wide MAAPnext mapping project and other District projects, requesting an increase in the amount of $300,000. (Project ID Z100-00-00-Y700, Agreement No. 2019-110, County-wide).

Background and Discussion:
Services to be provided include boundary and topographic surveys, high water marks, benchmarks, finished floor slab elevations, quantity surveys, and aerial surveys associated with property acquisitions, capital projects, and in support of the District mission.
Fiscal Impact: This amendment is for up to $300,000 and will be funded out of the Districts Operations and Maintenance fund.

The alternative to this agreement being approved is that we will need to seek another consultant for the work to be performed which will cause delays in this important effort.
