Background and Discussion:
Approval of the Fifth Amendment to Agreement between Harris County and the Texas General Land Office, reviewed by the County Attorney, to amend the contract to add $33,491,080.72 in Hurricane Harvey Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds for Infrastructure for a revised partial allocation of $867,319,813.60. In addition, Section 8.32 Confidentiality was added, the Budget was revised and Affordable Rental Program, Residential and Commercial Buyout Program, Homeowner Reimbursement, Single Family New Construction Program, Administration, Planning, and Competitive Request for Proposals Infrastructure Program Performance Statements were revised.
