Background and Discussion:
The Department of Economic Equity and Opportunity respectfully requests Commissioners Court members consider the following on the agenda for April 27, 2021:

For Haldor Topsoe, Inc. and Haldor Topsoe A/S (collectively referred to as the "Owner") to set a public hearing to be held at Commissioners Court on May 11, 2021, at which time information would be given regarding designating a reinvestment zone for the purpose of potentially granting two tax abatements for the Owner's proposed new construction of two manufacturing facilities in the Pasadena Industrial District on a 24.325 - acre tract located at 10010 Bayport Road, Pasadena, Texas 77507 in Harris County Precinct 2.
