Background and Discussion:
This proposed agreement will be used for the third construction package of the Addicks Desilt Program, HCFCD Project ID # U100-00-00-G003. The 2018 Bond Program includes a major maintenance project to remove accumulated silt and sediment from drainage channels that drain to the Addicks Reservoir. This project will restore these channels to their original design flow capacity allowing stormwater to drain out of neighborhoods more quickly and into the reservoir.

The alternative to this item would be to use another consultant for the construction materials testing. This would delay progress on the project.
