Background and Discussion:
This is an extension for Job No. 210212 Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) System, Training, Support and Consulting Services for the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA). This contract extension with Presidio Networked Solutions LLC is for support of HCTRA’s digital network infrastructure. Presidio provides cloud maintenance solutions to ensure critical information remains safe. There services also supply advanced analytics for our data driven customer service. The Toll Road Authority has budgeted $2,000,000 for the extension of this contract.
