Background and Discussion:
Precinct 4, in partnership with Precinct4Forward, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is launching the 2026 Joy 4 Toys Drive and Distribution to support local families during the holiday season by collecting new toys at twelve community centers and two Precinct 4 offices between October 20 and December 4.
