Background and Discussion:
Based on the bid results, the recommendation of OCE and the design consultant, IDS Engineering Group, Inc. it is recommended that the lowest responsive bidder, AAA Asphalt Paving, Inc., be awarded the construction contract to perform the work for Asphalt Roadway Maintenance in Channelview for Harris County Precinct 3.
Expected Impact:
