Background and Discussion:
The initial request for a temporary road easement recorded in clerk's file no. rp-2023-388410 did not include the two street stubs which are 60' wide throughout the easement except for the portion on Perennial Crossing. Also, the recorded temporary easement did not state how or when the easement would be terminated.
