Background and Discussion:
Harris County Commissioners Court will consider the creation of TIRZ 3 on October 16, 2025, to promote the
development or redevelopment of the area generally located in Northwest Harris County. Per the resolution
creating TIRZ 3, the TIRZ Board of Directors shall consist of five (5) members to be nominated and appointed
by the Commissioner of Precinct 1, subject to County Commissioners' Court approval.
