Background and Discussion:
On December 18, 2025 Commissioners Court approved a sole source with International Business Machines (IBM) for the maintenance and support of the TRIRIGA software. Approval is now being requested for an agreement for the term beginning April 1, 2026 and ending March 31, 2027.
