Background and Discussion:
Contract renewal for year 5 (renewal 4) of the Drainage System Sediment Removal and Disposal - Countywide contract. These services will provide support for infrastructure maintenance work that will be executed as a result of the passage of the “Maintenance Matters” Proposition in November 2024.

Expected Impact:
HCFCD will use this Term Contact to minimize response times for work order repair projects countywide (Precincts 1, 2, 3 & 4) for Harris County.

Alternative Options:
No renewal will increase the response time to the work repair projects for reducing flooding within the system.
