Request for approval to use the department’s procurement card (P-Card) and/or reimburse personnel for expenses incurred for various HCTRA functions, events, meetings, presentations, and activities in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00 for the period of October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027 (Countywide).

Background and Discussion:
This court action is requesting approval to use the department’s Procurement Card (P-Card), purchase orders, or request reimbursement, as needed, for events, activities, and meetings throughout FY2027. Some events may include purchase of registrations as well as the purchase of light refreshments, food, and related items.
Some of the events and initiatives may include summer internship program, attending of association luncheons/meetings, various project related community/stakeholder engagements, internal training sessions, staff meetings and internal programs/events such as Veterans Day.
Expected Impact:
Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority.
