Background and Discussion:
Harris County is requesting to amend the ILA between Harris County and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston executed on 7/10/2025 to add language on grant funding and federal grant clauses. The Contractor must comply with federal grant requirements (2 CFR Part 200/Uniform Guidance), repay any funds later deemed ineligible, obtain written authorization before starting work, and notify the County if funding appears insufficient.
