Background and Discussion:
Precinct 3 is requesting the Office of the County Engineer to approve an agreement to provide professional engineering services for the Parking Lot improvements at Lindsay-Lyons Park and Sports Complex including 230 Asphalt parking spaces with drainage, new driveway and Walkway connection to sports fields.

Expected Impact:
The parking capacity will be increased and access from parking to sport fields will be improved.
