Background and Discussion:
TxDOT Traffic Safety Grant is designed to bring pedestrian and bike safety to underserved communities and provide opportunities to learn how to stay safe, ultimately reducing pedestrian and biking injury and fatalities. The grant period for this award is October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027.
